What we collect

When you sign up for Applyless, we collect:

• Your email address (for authentication)
• Your resume (uploaded by you, parsed for skills and experience)
• Your job preferences (title, location, salary range, work type)
• Application activity (jobs you save, apply to, and outcomes you log)

How we use it

Your data is used to:

• Score job matches against your profile
• Generate tailored cover letters when you request them
• Track which application strategies work for you over time

Scoring and cover-letter generation use a third-party language model under contract. Your resume content is sent to that provider for those operations and processed under their data handling terms.

Who sees it

We do not sell, share, or rent your data to third parties. Your resume and profile are visible only to you. Model processing happens on the provider's infrastructure under their data handling terms.

Your rights

You can:

• Access your data through your profile page
• Update or delete your resume at any time
• Request account deletion by emailing hello@applyless.co

Under the Australian Privacy Act 1988, you have additional rights including correction of inaccurate data and complaints to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
